We arrived at 8 am and they were closed. Five minutes later a person arrived and unlocked the door. The receptionists was rude. No greeting us like saying hello or good morning. She asked us for our insurance is all. Then 2 more patients arrived and they  brought them back to the exam room. While we waited till 8:30 for our 8:15. We were told the dentist has not arrived yet. So more waiting. The receptionist is a smart ass if you ask a question she replies and she has no respect for disabled people telling me that we don't need our Medicare card.

I came here to have my wisdom teeth extracted, everyone was nice and courteous and the dentist kept asking if I was in any pain (which I wasn't, but I appreciated his concern) overall, a great experience considering I was having teeth pulled.
