The plaza has ample parking space.
Businesses within the plaza may be difficult to locate. So one may need to drive around to locate a business.
Overall, it's a decent plaza: nothing fanciful or special about it.

A little bit of everything. Food. Clothing. Cheap thrills. Household items and more. Lots of parking and minimal traffic even during the holidays.

I do all of my grocery shopping at either Price Chopper or Wegmans in Western Lights Plaza. I also shop there at the hardware store and other stores. If they would only put a gas station there that would be great!

Took a prostitute there but too many lights couldn't get our business, so we got burgers and moved to a more cozier spot, OCC campus (Sarcasm).  Jokes aside a nice convenience for those who live on the west side of town. They have a Wegmans and Price Chopper opposite each other.  DMV is located on the Price Chopper side. McDonald's, Monroe Muffler, Dunkin'donuts, Burger King and a sprinkling of other stores.
