Disorganized! Not happy with service so far. Purchased as a gift for a loved one and made an appointment. He gets there no one wrote appointment down. On top of waiting comes to find out the part needed they don't have in stock. Had to reschedule. An inconvenience to our busy schedule. Especially when I as a paying customer did my part in speaking with some and setting up a date.

I used the groupon for the car starter. So it arranged the time and day to do this. I dropped off my vehicle, The guy explained to me how the remote works and the unlock and lock buttons will work as well. paid for the service and I picked it up when I got out of work. (they were closed) When I go home I tried to lock my vehicle with the new remote and it did not work. So I called the very next day at 8am, he said, Yeah we didn't know how to figure it out so we arranged another day, I left the vehicle again and I ask for a ride to work from a co-worker. They did not call me but I called them right before they closed at 5pm. He said yeah we still can't figure it out, So we arranged another day and time. He said on the phone that this time they knew what to do and it only take about an hour to do so. So that day I gave them two hours and when I want back an hour later they did not move my vehicle. So of course I'm mad I have to leave for work for another hour. I told him over the phone before this that I had to leave at a certain time but he thought he will have the vehicle the whole day. By this time I had enough of this. This is my 3rd time and going and we wants me to come for the 4th time We had a big augment because He lied to me and he is a crook. (I caught him in a lie) Of course he already got his money so why would even care to do the service completely. The problem was is that I had to pay beforehand because when I was able to pick up my vehicle, the shop will be closed. So after I pointed out that he was a crook, He kicked me out This guy is a liar and crook. Don't go here and don't use this Moe and Joe garage.

The only place I trust with my car. They work with you whereas other places work for your wallet. Great people, great service.

Great service, TED picks up your vehicle, works on it gets it back to you, in time to travel home from work
