Story

Western Massachusetts Physical Therapy Clinic has been serving the needs of the greater Pittsfield Massachusetts area for 27 years, with our First St. office located in a free-standing 2,500 square foot facility near Berkshire Medical Center.

Western Massachusetts Physical Therapy Clinic provides services to patients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease, or other causes. In addition we provide prevention and promote health, wellness and fitness.

As a therapist-owned clinic, outpatient rehabilitation facility, we use evidence-based techniques from the scientific literature and outcomes to efficiently and effectively achieve a functional outcome for the patient. We stress the importance of empowering the patient to be pro-active, as consistency and reinforcement are often the keys to successful rehabilitation.

We are members of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and credentialed by PTPN (the largest specialty network in the United States). Our therapists all hold advanced degrees including a doctoral degree. In addition our therapists are board certified specialists in Orthopedic and neurology by the APTA. Our staff has also held faculty positions at Sage College.
