This place isn't very large, but if you're into planes and flight in general, it's interesting. If you have kids it's good for them to be able to see some real aircraft, some of which they can climb into the cockpit and play with the controls. You can also sit along the runway and watch small planes fly in and out of Torrance Airport.

There are many exhibits to see. The space section is expanding! You can sit in a fighter jet or find books on air history in their gift shop. A five dollar donation is requested for adults. The volunteers are enthusiastic and able to answer questions. There is also a talk once a month I find very enriching.

This place is an inspirational learning temple for all ages. Admission is priced right and it's completely great as a quick get a away. The kids faces as they see all the unique collections of past and current history is priceless. Totally worth an occasional trip from year to year and right now they have mummies on exhibit-wow.
