I felt so uncomfortable here- Nurses were very unprofessional. Laughed under their breath to each other about me needing to wear a mask when i didn't have any cough or flu symptoms instead of just asking me to wear one. Nurse brought in the wrong type of test she was requested to do for me. To top it off, dr.phillips called in a prescription for me to my pharmacy and I had no notification of it from her, no phone call received from the office about it, nothing.. Very unprofessional, lack of communication with their patients.

This place is the perfect example of what's wrong with healthcare. How much is a 5-10 min checkup for a kid going to kindergarten worth? Here they want $220-300 to fill out a form and do a quick checkup if you are direct paying. How much would they be allowed to bill the insurance company? A walk in clinic charged $50 and had an awesome doctor.

I wrote it on my calendar appointment today with doctor at 9am took 2 hours from work to be there when I got there the secretary said you don't have any appointment today? I was very upset had to waste my time disappointed but I swear I did make this appointment I had it highlighted on my calendar next time its best to call a day before. to confirm.

Love Dr. Reda and Heidi Bohlman, they are the best!!! They are extremely friendly and know what they are doing there. When I had a surgery back in 1998 from my gynocologist, even Dr. Reda came the next day to check in on me, which I thought was really nice of him. Been going here for about 23 yrs now, and hope I can always choose them with my insurance coverage!!

Doctors are GREAT. They are young and friendly and in tune with advanced technology. If anyone in my family is sick they get you right in. BEST DOCTORS WE'VE EVER HAD!! Thanks!!
