I booked Westerville Florist for my wedding 9.23.17. We had a decent sized wedding of 160 people, 16 table arrangements, and many bridal party bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages for the mothers and grandmothers. They did a phenomenal job! Literally everyone raved about my flowers, they lasted all night long, and in fact they were so pretty and healthy by the end of the night I took all of them home and they lasted for a whole nother week! Mike is super easy to work with, was able to accommodate my every want and need! I could show him a picture of a floral arrangement and he could tell me every flower in it, how much it cost, how many he would need to order just by looking at the photo. I was so impressed and I trusted him so much that for my arbor flower arrangements I sent him 3 pictures and explained what I wanted and he did just that! He even took time to come and measure the arbor at our venue to make sure what size he needed and how he needed to attach the arrangement to the arbor on his own time! I was even allowed to come in the day before the wedding to see the floral arrangements they had already completed to see if they were to my liking! I didn't have to rent the short vases, and brought tall vases for him to work with, and he didn't mind at all that they weren't his and did not try to scam me in renting his own. On our wedding day he delivered and set up all the floral arrangements on our tables, my bouquet, the bridal party bouquets and boutonnieres, and the arbor flowers, in a very timely manner. He was so professional and personable. He gave my mom his cell phone number in case we needed anything else before the ceremony started and good thing because we were missing one boutonniere (the officiants) and instead of me (the bride) freaking out and stressing over it he was able to make one up and drive it over to our venue with in 30 min!!!! We also asked him to bring little flowers and clippings that our photographer could use in some pictures and he did that as well at no charge! Westerville Florist is a family owned business, and it shows in how they do business, how they can work together and work with the customer to please their every want and need. You have to book them for your wedding!!

I ordered flowers for a friend, the morning I wanted them sent. The flowers were sent in an appropriate amount of time. However, I received a voicemail from a man stating they did not have what I had ordered so they were going to put carnations in the arrangement. I did not want carnations, or I would have ordered them...so I call back 35 min later. planning on ordering something different. The woman on the phone stated she had been notified I had already agreed to the change in the order and the flowers were on their way to be delivered. She assured me they were beautiful. NOT THE CASE!!! I had ordered the Secret Garden basket. It did not look at all to what I had ordered nor was it beautiful. I was sent a picture of the basket and I was shocked how unprofessional they looked. I am very disappointed and will never be ordering from Westerville Florist again.

Very disappointed. Ordered online, later was called and told arrangement from their site was not available. Ordered an arrangement that was just as expensive as the first, but looked like it came from Walmart. At least Walmart wouldn't have charged me so much. Very disappointed!!!

They did a great job! They were great with letting me add a bear and a softball flower that was not theirs and explain to me I was paying for a vase on some of the arrangements I was seeing on the computer.
