I just spent over 20 minutes on the phone with an employee at the library named Nancy. I called with a simply question, and mentioned that I was a novice at a certain thing, and she went out of her way, spent more than 20 minutes walking me through steps to get where I need to be. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and I was very impressed.

The staff here is always super friendly and helpful. The library has many resources available on hand but also is connected to the Evergreen network. I use the website to find books, CDs, and more. They will pull them locally or from another library.

I love this library because it's really close to my house! The only complaint is that it is not very big and there is usually, when I go there, a group of loud students in small rooms. Otherwise, it is a great library and staff is always very nice.

They are very friendly and have a variety of things to check out.

This library is small, quiet and not relatively busy most of the time. The staff are nice and friendly. A few things you should know before going there: it is right across the street from Westfield High School, so usually, on the weekdays (and usually right after 3PM), there will be steady traffic of teenagers and young adults going in and out; some of these people can be rude, inconsiderate of others, and unwieldy, so if you're an adult over 20 years old, I'd suggest going to a different library in the afternoon if you really want a quiet space to concentrate. Also, the walls in the private study rooms are very thin compared to the soundproof and silent library in Noblesville -- if someone is talking even at a reasonable volume in an adjoining room, you can hear them almost perfectly clearly. Lastly, the internet is slow, could use an upgrade.  Other than that, for such a small city, this library is great.
