Staff is kinda rude they will say "I will be right back with those menu's" and never returns. So I had to go get the menu then get up again and go order it cause she still had not come back not even with our drinks we had ordered.. But we had fun bowling and playing pool. Nice family atmosphere they just need better employee's. The green haired bartender was nice though she did conversate with me and was pleasant.

The 2 ladies at the main counter were super nice to my daughter(6) & my niece(4), who were acting crazy hyper excited, last night! They both took the time to carry on conversations with the girls. They made it a special night for them! 
Our lane was set up at the far end of the building--which was great because I didn't have to worry about the kids disrupting other bowlers. Only complaint was the heavy women's bathroom door Lol it could use a hinge adjustment. 
We for sure will be back, thanks!

I usually have a really great time here but bringing my 3 kids on a Saturday night for cosmic bowling was a big mistake..we stood in a very large group of people that didn't seem to have any organization to it whatsoever..so while I waited I had given them both money to play video games but no go on that because their change machine was broke..after standing in the same spot for a half hour we decided a movie would be better and we left..really do love this place but mabey a "line starts here"sign might help

Nice place for family, dates or play games.  There is also a bar and attached is haircut suites.  Nice place.

Not family friendly.  Took my kids to bowl here from 8-10 new years eve with some extended family and they were playing offensive music. Uncensored fallout boy repeatedly telling us to close the GD door, Eminem, etc.  I wasnt alone with kids either....thinking I maybe I brought kids to an adult event except 1/2 the people there had pre-teen kids.   I guess I'll just write off bowling in the Grand rapids area since Eastbrook isn't any better.
