Furnace stopped working at a rental during a cold spell in December. Westin Air had a new one in in 2 days and made the renters comfortable with temporary space heaters while they waited. Reasonably priced and great personal customer service. I will recommend to anyone who asks for a referral from now on.

I spent over $8,300 with this company on a new furnace and air conditioner with a five year warranty on all parts and LABOR. One would think that they would have better records to remember their customers. I needed a new furnace and air conditioner on my 26 year old home. So, I checked out a few companies and found three that fit my needs in price and professionalism. Cathy from Westin Air, came out and gave me a quote that I could live with. It included a warranty for five years including all parts and LABOR. Installation went well including a dehumidifier. The installers placed the water source on the COLD water source, although it was previously on the hot water line. When I called in for service to correct the situation, the repairman bad mouthed the installers. The repairman said that he couldn’t touch a saddle valve nor install the proper one needed, although they had done plumbing work including the gas line. I had to call the manager to rectify this. Subsequently, every time I’ve had to call them for service, the receptionist say’s that I’ll have to pay a $79 diagnostic fee. I have to explain this to her (and prove) to them each and every time including the technician that comes out because he too try’s to charge me for a service call. When my warranty expires, I will not be using this company.

Service was done quickly and at a very reasonable price!. The technician doing the work was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Westin and will be using them again if needed.

The fall service was well done and explained well. Seth seams very thorough and I am glad I decided on Westin for my new furnace and follow up maintenance. I have recommended Westin to a few friends.

Seth came out, looked at our furnace, walked me through what was wrong and the cost up front. I also told him how our first floor bedroom was always cold and asked if he had any recommendations. After replacing our broken part, he made some adjustments to our furnace and our bedroom already feels better. Thanks Seth & Westin Air
