This is my go to hardware store. I like that I can get a single bolt and check the fit. Convenient, nice parking lot, quick in and out. They have most things I need. Hours are pretty decent. Willing to take things back if had an issue. Good place to get keys cut. Price is a little higher. Sign up for their club and they have some pretty good sales. Customer service have gotten better in my opinion. My wife isn't as fond of it as I am, she feels a little discounted when asking for help from the guys so taking a star off for that. Guys, remember the company slogan. :)

It's a great little hardware store. Lots of help when you need it. Friendly employees. A great selection of nuts & bolts. It's more pricey thank a Big Box store, but for the quick service & convenience, I recommend the store.

Great people. Always feel so comfortable shopping there. They also have a lot of items you can't find at the big stores.

Great front end service, though the floor always feels understaffed. They are knowledgeable and helpful though, and really work to get you what you need. Prices are fair, and the sales are great.

This is how not to talk to someone on the phone. I was going to give five stars but then along came Lynn. Someone called me from their store which was blocked, I returned the call,but naturally did not get the person who called. I hung up,no problem. However, it occurred to me the reason for the call. I had inquired about pet vacs. That are held at that location. The person tried to help,but provided the wrong info. Still no problem as I was able to track down the web site. My thought was how great that they would call back to correct the info. So, I called back again to compliment then on their customer service, big mistake. Lynn immediately interrupted me in mid sentence and would not listen to what I was saying. Therefore a compliment was turned into a complaint and a lost customer. Too bad.
