Lisa Bachelor was very helpful agent. She gave me the rundown on my account about things I didn't even know were happening. Without her help, I probably would've went into repossession with being 30 days late. Something this company does differently than others. My vacation would have ended that way worse without Lisa's help. She went above and beyond to make sure my car was protected overnight. Something other agents probably wouldn't care enough to do. Maria was very nice assisting me today. Knowledgeable friendly! I have had a policy with Westlake for almost two years. I've always be on time with my payments but recently I had a family emergency so my financial situation is a little tight right now. Maria was kind enough to give me an extension which I'm extremely grateful for! I tried a lot of other companies to get financed through. They all said no. I'm glad Westlake financial financed me and more importantly so grateful for the good service I've received while I've been with them.

Recently, I spoke with a representative by the name of Ernest. He was patient and respectful. He did a great job of listening and understanding what was going on. He did not start of the conversation like most representatives at other companies do, he actually started and ended the conversation pleasant and genuine, which helped ease my mind about the current situation that I was dealing with, so Thank You Ernest for doing your job well and going beyond average to service your clients! I would love to have Ernest as my representative again!

Marlon Shell was super professional with dealing with my situation.  Unlike most people dealing with loans he understood my needs not only as a consumer but a human being.  Westlake financial will always have my business for any future car loan needs I will have.  Great job Marlon!

Leased my 06 Yukon through Westlake Financial a little over 2years ago. I have zero complaints. Excellent service was always provided. A very understanding company. I feel they strive for excellent customer service. And they succeeded. Thank you for trusting me. Paid off my vehicle (08/15)2017).
