Although my mother was only at the facility for a few days, the whole staff from the administration on down were nothing but the most pleasant and comforting people to work with during a very difficult time. The nurses and nurses assistants especially were the most caring and personable professionals. The facility itself was also very clean and well taken care of. Thank you Westland Nursing and Rehab, top notch!

While the place seemed clean, the people at the desk pleasant, the rest of the staff seemed rather uninvolved. And, the place smelled so badly of urine and something else, I had to walk with my nose in my shirt! There is absolutely no reason for this.

This facility has a staff that is extremely caring and always has the best interest of their guests in mind. Their tranquility garden is amazing and helps to create a tranquil atmosphere. Also, their rehab therapists are hired within. Through this practice, you can see how the patients are able to form strong connections with their therapists. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is look for long or short term care.

they gave false information online saying no experience no problem so i filled out the application sent it in then gave them a call they told me you have to already be certified as a nurse assistant so i really just wasted my time filling out the application they need to fix that asap.

This place is the worst nursing and rehab center in the wayne county. The whole facility is dirty and reeks. Every equipment seems old and outdated, except for the high-level employee's offices, which make you think 80% of the budget went to decorating administration's offices. The patients smell like they haven't been bathed or taken care of in weeks and the all the ladies of the staff are very rude, unsympathetic, act like they don't care about you, and never have they ever said 'Hello!' to me. I can't believe people actually sign up their beloved ones to come here for nursing/rehab!
