I had a recall and a warranty repair on my 2016 F-150. Great experience. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and explained clearly what to expect, communication was very good. Working with Jerry in Internet Sales was a pleasure. Westlie Ford out priced my local dealer, so I drove 3.5hrs to wrap things up. Jerry had everything ready to go, and we were on the road within an hour. Outstanding!

By far the best automobile buying experience I've ever had. Small town dealership feel and nice vibe throughout. But, I don't feel the experience would have been as great if it hadn't been for Tyson in sales. He's a genuinely nice guy that is forthright, relaxed but still very professional. No sleezy salesman feel with Tyson. He's super patient and doesn't make you feel like an idiot like so many car salesman do.  Heck, he even came in on his day off to help with the final paperwork and delivery of my truck. I'd highly recommend buying a vehicle from him alone. Especially since I didn't have the best experiences with some of the other salesman on staff here at Westlie.

Can't say much about service department since this is the first Ford I've owned, but I did get a chance to meet Bill Parlor and he was very courteous and helpful.

My recent vehicle purchase at Westlie Ford was fantastic. I would highly recommend heading to their dealership and asking for Matt Cardiff! He was able to find the vehicle we wanted and at a price that was unbeatable. It was no pressure sales, quick and smooth. Once i had signed on the dotted line the vehicle was washed and ready for me to drive home! This was an excellent experience and one I will repeat on my next vehicle purchase!
