They treat me great, and do a great job on the compound medications. They are friendly, and go out of their way to treat a person fair, and kindly. I want to thank you Westminster Drug, and all the people who work for you.  I've been extremely  satisfied with your compound  medication, that have helped me so much, also the kindness of the staff, and Pharmacists.

I've been going here for many years. It's nice to have a pharmacist that knows me. They are very knowledgeable and efficient. It has great gifts as well.

My doctor called in a prescription at 2 o'clock on Tuesday 4/14/15. I get to the pharmacy at 6 o'clock to pick it up (assuming that it should be done by then) and am told that it wasn't ever made due to the fact that their compound pharmacist wasn't there. No big deal, but a phone call would have been nice earlier in the day being that I drove 20 minutes out of my way. (They had my phone number on file from my doctor.) 

I get a call yesterday, 4/15/15, letting me know that my prescription is ready to be picked up but that two of my three insurances didn't cover it. As soon as they told me that I knew something was off. I immediately asked if they called into my primary insurance (sometimes you can't file it online with them) the gentleman stated that they called in to all three insurances. 

So of course, I call the two insurances that he said didn't cover the medicine. Turns out, they NEVER called in to my primary insurance or even tried to file it online and it IS COVERED by my primary AND secondary insurance, just not my third insurance. 

If you like incompetency and being lied to your face, please do business with these people. I will not be returning.

The pharmacists and techs are very nice. The only problem I have came across is that I received a call that my prescriptions were ready.  I knew one was early,  but I asked are yoy sure they are both ready,  since I know one was early,  I wad told yes,  and they could both be picked up. Since I live about 1hr away, I said ok I'll be by today. Once I got there neither meds were filled and only one was ready.  I knew the information was incorrect from the beginning,  and I would have waited until both were ready because of the drive, but it is what it is,  since they are the cheapest I have found in town and I have no ins, I really can't complain.  I just knew that one wasn't ready and to call me and them me to call back to dlb ck, I would think I would have received the correct information. Besides that,  they are very friendly and the prices are great, when you don't have insurance and am glad the second was not ready since my ins will begin jan 1st, but would have waited for them both to save me about $115. But lessons learned, ask for a Pharmacist next time and dlb ck.
