They are always late. They don’t know how to be at places on time like they should. They speed and don’t stop at stop signs. The customer service is horrible.

Customer service is horrible. People who drive the buses pass you if your on a wheelchair when your in the right area for pick up.

Horrible customer service, they don't care. The drivers speed and almost always cause accidents.

I'm not sure where these negative comments are coming from.  This is by far the BEST commuting experience I've ever had.  What a joy it is to ride a reliable bus with friendly bus drivers.  Customer service is also great!  I've left a few things behind and gotten every one of them.  Can't recommend highly enough.
