I contacted them for a PFA that was wrongly placed against me and I won. I asked to have charges filed and they said "we don't prosecute victims, because it would scare others for coming forward. And those are your words there's no proof." I offered the court transcripts and the PFA as proof and he said her words in court weren't enough to prove anything. Two problems. 1 I was the victim here 2 prosecuting would send a message for women to wrongfully file against someone. Then He said "Pick better women." Pathetic excuse for someone to be the justice for all of the people. They don't care about right or wrong. They care about only what will get them reelected. That's not someone you want in office
Repugnant criminal enablers. Lies, falsehoods, and shoving problems off to other agencies is their way of avoiding having to do anything other than ignore criminal behavior. A number of people in this office should face legal investigations into their own habitual crimes & obstruction.
Nicole Ziccarelli ran on transparency and an open door policy. She wouldn't give a group I belong to JUSTICE FOR SMOKE 15 minutes of her time, sorry I voted for her. It is egregious to to have a public servant that dismisses her constituents. I wish DA Peck was back.
A 11 year old stole over 3,000 from me. I had proof and bank statements etc. I don’t remember the woman’s name. But she said since he said he stole 1,500. And they couldn’t possibly know what was in my money jar. They went off of what he said. Concrete proof! He already admitted to stealing the money. But they go base off a 11 year olds statement and not bank stammers. This intern will make me sue the mother who is from jeannette and could care less. My lawyer said they stomp over my victim rights. DE IS A SAWN JOKE! And I will Persue against them. They didn’t even ask the police station. In which he admitted stealing it. They suck! They don’t deserve 1 star.
This DAs office is a corrupt domestic terrorist organization not interested in truth but their bottom line conviction ratio. They don't call Pete Shenanigan Flanagan for nothing. Same goes with his magistrate wife. Both look like 60s throwback Weather Underground Terrorists. The new DA Nicole Ziccarelli is a drunk who wrecked her SUV at 4 AM with no consequences and cleared the officer in that Ligonier shooting almost immediately. A rubber stamp for the Police State. These people are DANGEROUS STUPID as is most so called Law Enforcement. Former President Trump is just now realizing what the citizens of Westmoreland County have known for decades, these people who work in the courthouse are complete and total scum and lowlife who don't know the laws, they constantly charge people for crimes that don't exist. DEFUND THE WESTMORELAND COUNTY DAs OFFICE and put those people out of a job, they couldn't hack it in the private sector.
Let me be entirely honest, the town of Murrysville does not feel like it used to. Westmoreland County as a whole does not feel like it used to. The new District Attorney, elected in 2021 Nicole Ziccarelli, is failing us. The county does not feel safer. Instead, our county police seem more interested in fulfilling quotas. This is not the county we want to live in, and it certainly should not be what Ziccarelli is aiming for. I have lived in Westmoreland County for all of my life. Never have I seen such a drastic change in our community until recently. Instead of prioritizing profits, how about you focus on caring for the lives of the citizens of Westmoreland County?
No customer service here just called and a waste of time. Let's try a new one next election cycle

Stalking is behavior wherein an individual willfully and repeatedly engages in a knowing course of harassing conduct directed at another person, which reasonably and seriously alarms, torments, or terrorizes that person. Stalking involves one person's obsessive behavior toward another person.
DAs office wasted no time getting an answer to my question,and calling proper authorities.
