In order to make your car wash experience as simple and easy as possible, we are conveniently located right on the west side highway where we are open 24 hours a day. When you reach the end of our 200ft landmark tunnel, you will not only have a clean car, but a clean conscience as we use the highest quality and environmentally friendly chemicals from our friends at Ecolab (by Zep).

This is by far the best bang for the buck. Quick,great people, vacuum included,treated water so not to spot the car, property is new and clean, and the car looks incredible after washing. Thanks to Max, Crystal, and jhon. Also many thanks to Dianne for the excellent customer care. Dianne knows how to make people feel valued. This is by far the best car wash in the area !

They charge extra for a basic vacuum of the third row of a minivan, makes sense. They don’t deliver on the vacuum. That’s the problem. Brought the issue up to the manager, he said he’ll take care of it. Came back and they didn’t take care of it. The staff in the front doing the vacuuming and printing out of the receipts for the car wash are ungrateful and confrontational upon constructive criticism on their lack of due diligence. They’re only in biz because there is not many other car washes around and they act like a mean soup kitchen man. Lacking customer service, I’m wishing for their replacement.

I went there and they convinced me to pay for the VIP service ($60). For that kind of service your car comes out like new.  Once I got home I took out my groceries from the back and noticed that they did not clean the back and other areas in the car. A thorough cleaning it was not. I called and asked to speak with the manager but his secretary said that he was too busy to speak at the moment.  I called again after a few hours and they claim that since I left the carwash they can do nothing. They didn't offer a refund/discount/apology.  In fact, they hung up the phone on me. Make sure they actually do what you paid for, if you decide to go.

The price is very high and rasing every year for + 20% ($22 for small SUV), it was $15 in 2015, $18 in 2016 and $22 in 2017, the quality is very bad, for cleaning windows inside they used very old tissues and very badly odored cleaning stuff, wich is smelling as hell after cleaning. 
Be careful with the small clearance cars, I washed Fiat 500 Abarth there, scratched bottom of the car and two rims. 
When you washing your car in the morning or in the rush hour, they don't cleaning windows of the cars, only vacuum and outside cleaning, but charging full price for the full service.
Only one thing is good here is location.

I washed my suburban here today car came out full of soap (it happens) no big deal I asked the guy to clean it up it didn't really care to. After I left I noticed where some bird poop was on my hood before the wash I now have my paint swirled in that spot I'm sure they will do nothing to fix it.
