Trustworthy service from Frank!  Trustworthy because they will walk you through and actually show you what problem they diagnosed. From there, options are suggested and it’s up to you to pick what course for action to take. They are willing to let you stay and observe the repair if you want - You’ll know the work is done to  standard.  Got my brake pads and rotors changed which took 1 hr 12 min.  What I also like is they seem to not have much of a markup for parts, even for OEM. For my case, there was no markup after comparison prices online. Other shops in comparison have marked up parts by an unreasonable amount even just for aftermarket pieces which is scammy.  Frank and Miguel seem to be usually busy and it’s a little hard to get an appointment unless if you plan well ahead. They try their best to fit you in though.

Our family has been coming to Raul and Carlos for almost 10 years now! It has been an absolute privilege to get to know such thoughtful people in and outside of the shop. Always have at least 3-4 different warranty/price options to suit your needs and are very considerate towards the customer. I Will always continue coming back for more service!

Extremely bad customer service and timing. Promises not kept . Very unprofessional .They seem dont care of any , except for certain group of people you will know what I mean from the positive reviews. My car had more problems since its out . Returned the car many times to them for same problems. Most of the complaints appeared again in a couple of months. I will never go back to them again and advise not to visit them because only they are cheap unless you are one of the groupServices:&nbsp;Exhaust

Absolute worst service. My vehicle was inoperable, I called multiple auto repair shops who could diagnose and repair in less than 24 hours. Called here and they advised they could have it done by the next day so I had CAA tow my vehicle here. Fast forward 3.5 business days, multiple phone calls to follow up, STILL NOT DONE.  I know everyone is busy, understandable. It got to the point where they couldn't keep their 'story' straight. Fed up with the incompetence, broken promises and no resolution in sight, I had CAA tow it away to a different auto repair shop.  The new auto repair shop was able to do the job within hours vs what Westside Auto Repair couldn't do in 3.5 business days.  I'm not sure why they kept on putting my repairs to the side but save yourself the stress and DO NOT USE WESTSIDE AUTO REPAIR

DO NOT GO HERE. Abhorrent customer service. Called and was told the vehicle would be looked at and fixed the next day. We had to keep following up, was told it was going to be looked at Monday. Monday rolled around and then when we called it wasn't dealt with. Tuesday they finally looked at it and said it was electrical but it wasn't dealt with. Then when we called we were told they were waiting on a part. Basically, they were just making up stories at this point. The car is still not fixed. Racked up a huge bill in rental car fees. Will never return and I urge everyone else to not waste time or money. DO NOT GO HERE.Service:&nbsp;Electrical

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The best service I've ever seen in terms of auto repair. Not only fast and committed to their job, but also honest and respectful. They make you feel like you are the only priority for them.

Very bad experience. Charge $80 for checkup without informing earlier .
