At Westside Physical Therapy we are passionate about taking good care of our patients and making a lasting difference in their health. We have specific programs in the McKenzie Method, ASTYM, manual therapy, sports rehab, and post-op recovery. Our therapists have a combined 40 years of experience in practice, and are also board certified orthopedic clinical specialists. We are in network with most insurance plans, including motor vehicle and worker's compensation claims.

I had worked with Adam Reinecker a couple years back. I had severe nerve impingement that made it nearly impossible for me to walk let alone run. After 6 months of intense work and care, Adam was able to get me back to my everyday life and walking again. I can't thank Adam and the staff enough for everything they did for me and my family during this difficult time. If you're in the area and considering Physical Therapy, check these guys out!

Adam helped me after a car accident in September 2016. It was the first accident I'd been in, and other than being terribly scary, it left me with lots of neck, shoulder, and back pain. I had *just* started getting back into the running shape I hoped to be in when the accident happened (was on my way up to Seattle, in fact, to run my first organized race in a long time), and of course, the accident set me waaaay back. Adam helped me gain back the flexibility and strength in my neck and shoulders I needed to be comfortable and healthy again. I'm still working on getting back to 100%, but if it weren't for Adam, I would have been in much worse shape for a very long time. I've been able to start running again and, though I have a long road ahead to get back to where I was, Adam's help has made my recovery faster, safer, and even more fun than it would have been without him. Also, the whole staff at Westside PT is incredibly friendly and kind. I always loved going there, and it was never a "chore" to go to PT. I always felt great afterwards and was confident that Adam was leading me toward getting back to where I was before the accident happened. I can't recommend Westside PT enough. If and when I ever need PT again in the future, for any reason, I know exactly where I'm going to go.

Adam was my physical therapist after I had back surgery. He had an intern, Jocelyn, who worked mostly with me. They were amazing! They answered every question I had and made me feel very comfortable. I'm doing great and pretty much back to my normal life of activity thanks to them. They work with you, not against you. They adjust each session according to your needs, versus some standard or chart. They truly are amazing. I only would note that their receptionist isn't as friendly as the rest of the staff. So when you go in or are on the phone scheduling an appointment, don't judge the place based on her. She seems nice, but a bit moody and judgy. Adam however, is a bundle of sunshine and truly is gifted in helping people come back from surgery.

Jim saved me from the knife - or at least delayed it for a long time to come! Advice from two different physicians was that surgery was probably the only solution available to relieve the pain and numbness I experienced from damage to my neck. But all they had to offer was trading one type of pain for another. Fortunately, I heard about the McKenzie method of physical therapy, which is used by Westside. Jim Cenova is well-versed in the use of the method, He partners with his patients to achieve their goals. After some trial and error, we settled on an approach which we used for a number of months, and which I can continue on my own. My neck pain and numbness have been reduced significantly. I no longer feel like surgery is in my immediate future, and am now armed with the knowledge of how to continue my own healing. I am very grateful to Jim for the work we did together, and would highly recommend him to others.

This is a great pt clinic! I had some inner ear issues causing vertigo and imbalance. I called five other clinics but none of them were able to provide me with the care I needed. I called westside pt and was able to get an appointment within 4 days. At the time, I was in very bad shape. I cdnt drive or even take a walk or go to grocery store. I saw Adam at westside pt and from the first appointment I could tell that he really cared and wanted to help me get better. He showed me some exercises to do home. Everytime I went for a follow up, he would have me do the exercises to judge where I was. If the exercise was too hard he would modify it, if it was too simple he would give me something more challenging. I could see him continously thinking how he could give me exercises that benefited me the most. After about a month of our first meeting, I could go for a 15 min walk. The improvement continued and today I can comfortably drive car, walk and have resumed all normal activities. Thanks to Adam and his team at westside pt.
