It's connected to Westsider Books, except there's more music and movies than books. There are a lot of CDs, but there's a lot of vinyl as well. Some DVDs, but only a small amount of them. Only a few books. I prefer the bookstore more, but there's some stuff worth checking out in there as well.

We were looking for a shop that sold cassette tapes but the only ones I saw that advertised then were a 40+ minute subway ride into Brooklyn from our air b&b in Tribeca. Saw this shop listed when I searched Google maps and when we got there I mentioned what we were looking for and the man behind the counter directed us to a substantial collection of tapes tucked away in the back! Very friendly and convenient location. Got a very interesting book on the colonial history of the city and several tapes from accross genres.

Good atmosphere, not a great selection other than classical and spoke word. Overpriced for most.

He was not rude with me at all, he was very kind. I bought 5 good LP´s for 10$. I'll be back for sure
