This center has AWFUL care. Went in because of severe diarrhea (worried I have C.Diff) and told Dr. Hood about this (as I have had C.Diff before and work in the healthcare industry and know what it's like) and he said he wouldn't give me anything to help until he gets a stool sample. So I gave a stool sample within 2 hours. Dr. Hood said he would have preliminary results the next morning by 9 a.m and would give me something after the results came in. Well 9 a.m. the next day came and passed and no one from the facility called me. I called throughout the day (4 times - 4 messages left) and NO ONE ever returned my call. Finally had to PHYSICALLY go up there (even though I am sick) for them to tell me they don't have any results and have no idea when results will come in. If this is an issue then the Doctor shouldn't tell patients he will have an answer the next morning. Also, severely disappointed no one could even call me back to tell me this and that I had to go up there to get this answer, or lack thereof. AWFUL HEALTHCARE! Nothing 'urgent' about this urgent care. 36 hours later, still no answer, still no help.

My wife was sick and they had her in and out in a timely manner and verry nice service aslong as you have insurance

I contacted this clinic because my mother in law who is a nurse for UMC recommended it. They were completely unwilling to help me with my Healthcare needs and unwilling to refer me to someone who could. I will never again try to see a physician associated with this clinic and I will never refer anyone to them.

Great staff and Doctor McCarty was great. I felt like the lion that had the thorn removed from it's foot.

The people at this clinic are helpful and polite. I have used this clinic for every member of my family at one time or another, and we have all been treated like family. Everything is always explained and my opinion (as mom) counts with these doctors and nurses. I would recommend this clinic!
