This place is awful! You will receive better service at McDonald's drive through opposed to the majority of the staff that works here. They are rude and very unprofessional. 1. wait time over an hour 2. lack of concern for patients 3. impossible to speak to someone 4. horrible with providing results and next steps. I had an appointment for the first time a few weeks ago per family doctor needless to say I have already changed doctors and I'm glad I did!!!!!! This place used to be great prior to Inspira taking it over. The only reason I gave it one star is because of the woman who works in the medical records department (whom I spoke to to have my records transferred to a new doctor) She was great. The icing on the cake was after it was clear I was leaving this hellhole, I received a call such as a subscriber would when cancelling their cellular service. It was as if it was retention call and full of apologies for how nothing was handled properly on their end etc. Good bye. Good riddance. Please do your research first.

I love the doctor she's so nice and takes the time to talk to me about whatever I need . The only person I don't like in there is the lady that draws your blood she always has an attitude , every time ! Yes , you do have to wait a little bit before you get called back but it's called a WAITING room for a reason right ?

I'm finally free of this office after years of awful service. They only get 2 stars because I did actually like the nurse practitioner I saw, but nothing worth dealing with the terrible service of the office itself. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone, so I left tons of messages that were never returned. More than once I got to the office to be (rudely) told that I didn't have an appointment on the schedule that day. I will maybe allow that I showed up on the wrong day once, but not twice. No way. Even if they do have your appointment on the schedule, be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes in the waiting room and 20-30 in the freezing exam room. I stuck it out with them for a years out of laziness and convenience of not having to move my records (which is proving to be a nightmare that I may give up on), but no more!

I have never had to wait long in the waiting room and have had pleasant interaction with receptionist and nurses. I usually ask for Dr. DiJoseph and find him comfortable to talk to. He doesn't rush me and answers questions. I had a biopsy with him and h was gentle and soothing with me during and after.
