I couldn't be more satisfied with the way that Will Hassinger and Roper Elrod  handled my case. They were professional and efficient. They handled my case expertly. The communication throughout the two year duration of the process was great and I was asked what I desired numerous times and in turn got precisely that. The hardship that comes with a serious injury is one thing but the weight that was removed from my shoulders by these guys made my dealing with this process exponentially easier. I could not appreciate them more for how well they did their jobs and saw this through to the end.

My case manager, Jeff Moran, did a great job handling and setting my case. There were moments it seemed as though things were progressing slowly, but patience is key.  The lawyers can't just snap their fingers and make things happen.  I figured out very quickly that any lull in communication simply meant the case was in a holding pattern.  From the beginning, I was encouraged to call any time with questions, and was met with professionalism and genuine regard when I did.  I really appreciate all the hard work done on my behalf.  Deciding on a firm is extremely stressful; I'm glad I made the right choice.
