When no one else wanted to take the small job, WF Schmidt was more than willing to give me a hand with my woof.  They were on time, efficient, and thoroughly cleaned up after the job was done.  From start to finish, it only took WF Schmidt Construction 4-5 hours for the removal and installation of a 9 square roof.  All participants within the group were courteous, considerate, and as professional as can be.  Thank you very much for helping me get my roof on!

Very prompt on coming out to look at our roof. Also very professional and did not try to do work that doesn’t need done right now. If anything, we extended the life of our existing roof. Great work, and advice!

WF Schmidt has done two jobs for me this spring. They put a new roof on my existing house extension, and also built me a new Porch Extension that has been attached to the rafters of my house. My wife and I are extremely happy with both jobs. WF Schmidt is very professional, hard working, dependable, and affordable. Once the job is complete, the clean up is as if they weren't even there. Every time I have a project that needs to be done, I will call WF Schmidt, they are NO. #1 in my book. Thank you WF Schmidt for your affordability and superior work.

In deciding to get a new roof, we talked with quite a few roofers, but none as nice or as thorough as WF Schmidt. Bill took time to answer all of our questions and explain the various types of roofing, shingles, and caps. They came first thing in the morning to take our old roof off and by the evening we had a new beautiful roof. It is amazing how beautiful it makes our whole house look.

The crew at WF Schmidt are wonderful and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a new roof.
