The manager, Shawn, was extremely gracious in helping us narrow down choices, and in giving us the best price possible on a recent furniture purchase. We've bought numerous items here in the past twenty years and have always been satisfied with the quality and customer service. My only complaint is that it's hard to comfortably browse, as the sales people are all over you- even when you tell them you're just looking and not ready at the time to buy.

The atmosphere of the store is great...bright and open. The sales people are very friendly and helpful and if you ask a question you will get an honest answer. I enjoy every time I shop here. Great store!!!

I have been to this store several times and always been happy with the salespeople and my purchase. Today I went in to purchase a mattress set and was treated professionally and honestly by John. I had gone to Van Vreede's first and caught the salespeople in lies. This store is airy and bright and has room to move around. Van Vreede's is dark and cramped and based on what I saw the prices are high. Anyway, I highly recommend WG&R. Great store!!!

We had a frustrating experience. Salesman was the traditional slick talking, sales type. On top of that, I laid out the exact needs we had, and he showed us two options that weren't even close. After walking around the store after he left, we found a very obvious option that was more expensive. We just assumed he thought we couldn't afford it, as we hadn't talked about price at all. Not a good experience, but the sofa is decent at least.

My husband and I went to the clearance center looking for a sectional. We found one and the deal at the time was pay nothing for a year. Cool. Well, a week later we got a postcard saying we owed $54 for a special order. No where did it mention that fee. Then, a month later we got a bill for our first payment... I thought the deal was no payment for a year? Also, they spelled my name wrong on the credit card which isn't really a big deal, but it's still annoying. Never going back there. They seem shady and money hungry.
