The facility was clean but the food was not great. The fries were so undercooked that we had to stick them in the air fryer to eat once we got home. I got the cali club and there was only one slice of turkey on the sandwich. It definitely did not look like the photo. I added bacon to another sandwich and there was only one piece. So disappointing. We will not be back to this location.
My husband and I decided to try out some sandwiches tonight and they were great. We weren't sure how to order since we had never been to Which Wich before, but one of the employees helped us figure out the menu and was very helpful. You fill out your order on the printed menu on the bag that your sandwich is going to be packaged in, so you can add extras or give special instructions. My husband got the "Wicked" sandwich and he loved it, said it is the best sandwich he's had. He couldn't finish it and saved half for lunch tomorrow so that's saying a lot for the amount of food you get. I got the Gyro on a pita, we both got fries and shakes. The store was clean and service was great. We'll be back to try more!
Very clean. Not sure if I have ever seen sugars lined up so neatly. Plus the employees are very nice and the sandwiches are amazing.
Ordered takeout and got the build your own wich. It was very tasty. I opted to get mine cold since it was to go, but next time I’ll definitely try it hot and inside.
Love the Which Wich system of choosing/customizing your sandwich on the bag. The online system is super easy and the food has always been ready when I pick up. I like that they have organic juice boxes for kids. The kid's meals come in a cute box with veggies. As a treat, kids get a token in their meal to get a small amount of M&Ms out of the machine. I also like the bright, cheerful decor. Great place for sandwiches in Matthews.
My family loves it here. I think it’s ok. Little disorganized and the Philly was not great. That said the fires were very good and the kids loved it.
I hadn't been to Which Wich since I worked downtown. Forgot about this location being so close. Went & got the $5 Wicked Wednesday special yesterday. Had a short break before a conference call & it hit the spot. Was very clean inside. Came in on the tail end of probably a lunchtime rush, but I didn't have to wait too long. The cashier helped me out by filling out the bag for me. I'd forgotten about it. My only takeaway was not being to order online. Initially, I tried to order & pay online using a gift card. The transaction was declined because of the billing address. I used my bank card & tried again; it was declined for the same reason.
Once again Which Wich has satisfied us. The BLT is amazing and hubby always loves the philly cheesecake. Fries seasoned to perfection. Thanks for the great customer service as well. Yall won't ever want to competitors subs once you've tried this place. We've been to the chain in Myrtle Beach, Durham/Chapel Hill, and now Charlotte and have had a great experience each time.
If I could give negative stars I would. It took so long to get my ONLINE order I placed. It was supposed to be ready by 12:51 and I didn’t get it until 40 + mins later. They’re always “running behind”. If you want to wait forever for your food this is the place to go.
I placed an online order today at 11:00 to be picked up at 12:00 giving them PLENTY of time to get the order done. When I arrived and went to the pick up counter, no one acknowledged me so I finally spoke up and said I was there to pick up an online order. The manager barely made eye contact and just said "we don't have the man power to do online orders, you need to get in line." Ummm, well, someone took the order and my money, so I just waited for him to continue. When he didn't say any more, I asked if that means I need to give the order again, and he got huffy and went to look for my order. He found the bag with my order written on it, but it wasn't even in line to be started yet. I ended up standing in the line and the sweet lady at the register moved my ticket into be started. When they finally called my name, it was only one of the sandwiches. I told him I ordered two and he seemed annoyed. I told him maybe they shouldn't have the online or mobile ordering as an option if they don't have the man power and his response was, "we have to consider the customers in the store." So, am I not a customer also?! Ridiculous!
