$21 To hem one pair of jeans.  Not worth it.

They pretty much messed up my letters man jacket. I recently got a patched put on there and I asked for it to be higher up on the jacket and they put it lower near the pocket. My jacket is so messed up now😒

This place continues to make excuses on why they cannot complete a job. I took a pair of curtains to get altered. I also took a third curtain for them to go by as an example. They do not know how to find ways to get the job done instead they give excuses on why they cannot do it. They wanted me to do the measuring when I simply pinned the curtains where I wanted them to be altered. Also they quoted me an astronimical shop price of $65hr to alter two curtains. If I could give this place a zero star I would do so. I will not be doing any business with them while I am here in the Oak Harbor area.
