My experiences have been good and bad. The majority of my experiences have been positive, where food is good and service staff is friendly. It is the typical steakhouse with peanuts, plenty of appetizers, and a variety of main entrees. My preference is the chicken, which is delicious. My worst experience was with the ordering of a steak. My wife and I had to return our steaks three times because the steaks were cold. When the steaks were finally cooked, they were well-done and I dislike well-done. But I dislike waiting a long time for my food even more.

Pleasant enough setting. Helen was nice. She went out of her way to help. Slow service. 35 minutes from seating to dinner arrival. Tips pretty fatty. French fries were delicious. Tough chicken breast on a salad. They forgot the dressing. More waiting. Salad was just OK.

Visiting from the great state of TEXAS, my family and I was doubtful in finding some good smoke house grub. This restaurant didn't disappoint, a great atmosphere and food that melts gloriously on the palette.Thanks to everyone who welcomed my family and I with unprecedented service and hospitality on our visit to your establishment.

Service was great. Our waitress was very accommodating. Smoke flavor was very good however, I ordered the burnt end platter and was served the same small chunks you would get on a sandwich (they all fit on one piece of bread) rather than the larger pieces normally served with a platter. Three of the pieces were nothing but fat. The BBQ beans are excellent. We also ordered boneless Honey BBQ wings that tasted solely like garlic. No honey, no BBQ flavor. They kindly replaced them with their Hawaiian wings which were very good.

Food was great. There were peanuts everywhere, especially on the floor. The Possum Pie was very good, which known in one part of my family as "layered chocolate dessert" and another part (and apparently all over the Internet) as "better than sex cake/pie".
