Had no problems living here; low rent, plenty of rooms, large bath room, nice neighbors... BUT! When out trailer ended up burning down we're almost certain the park managers never had an investigation done like they said they would and then they tried to lie to us and tell us it was our fault, had sources that stated the trailer had faulty wires and managers knew it... Finally got our deposit back after notifying them that I would take them to court.

Mind your own business if you come here. Pay attention to each other ,look after your pets and friendly neighbors!

Terrible,  went to visit for the holidays and while i was there my dog has accidentally got out the gate and the managers scott and Terry had shot my dog.  After scott rudely yelled out to me "i shot him hes dead,  i don't like dogs and dogs don't like me" he then lied to me telling me he buried my dog and he refused to say where.  After a couple attempts over the next two days of trying to get some closure and finding out what he had done with my babies body we then were forced to get cops involved. Not long after my dogs body was found,  he had been dumped in the back at the sewage pond and next to him was a note that read,  "be right back neeed cleaning supplies and hot water"...scott had been drunk the day he shot my dog.  He tried tk claim that my dog was coming aftwer him but witnesses wrotd statements saying scott was seen chasing my dog down and shooting him from his truck.  Three bullet holes in my baby.  One up his spine,  one in the side of his jaw that was still there stuck,  and one thru his front left leg..... Anyone that knows my baby boy will tell u how harmless this boy was and how much he loved everybody.  He was the biggest baby. I hope scott suffers a slow uncomfortable death after what he did to my dog Deebo.  Him and Terry were very unprofessional about  the whole situation.  They took away a very large part of me and karma couldnt come faster. Deebo-10 years old...  Shot on 11-26-2017

Agreed to rent a house. Went in the house and the floors were filthy. There was small dog or rodent poop in the living room. Definitely not move in ready. I passed on the house.
