I love living here. My neighbors are sweet, and the trailer is nice and very affordable. I love that I'm so close to Lewes and Rehoboth. The only issue I may have is the people coming and going in there cars late night blasting music. Not much the office can do about that though...

Love the location and they are really trying to pull the old homes out of there.  The new homes are beautiful, but the abandoned trailers are really neglected.

Old mobiles homes. Park needs improvement.  Has a nice pool area.

Expensive ground rent and more difficult than necessary screening process.  They are trying to create monopoly on mobile home parks to destroy this type of affordable housing.
