Started in 1947, Whispering Pines Resort is known to some of the best fishing on Big Pine Lake four miles north of Perham, MN in Otter Tail County.
Mostly known for the Walleye fishing, Big Pine Lake is over 4700 acres and is also home to Northern Pike, Bass, Crappie, and Panfish. You can fish from our 185 foot fishing dock, enjoy a day of fishing with your group on our pontoon, use one of our fish boat rentals or bring your own boat. A variety of bait, ice, and gas is available for purchase at our our store.
