A truly beautiful bed and breakfast with amazing inn keepers. The grounds are gorgeous with a Koi pond and small stream nestled into beautifully manicured landscaping. The whole house is charming and each room has its own uniqueness and appeal. Some rooms are suite style while others are cozy rooms tucked in under slanted ceilings with adorable dormer window nooks. The stairs have just the right creaking that makes you appreciate how historic the whole house is. The wrap around porch is so pleasant to enjoy coffee or tea on each morning. The breakfast options are unique each day and the conversation with the inn keepers just starts the day right. It's clear that they really love what they have and what they do. Easy access to most major roadways in the area so the convenience of location is surprising. Much more charm and personality than any hotel chain. We'll always check here for availability first on future trips.

Several years ago I booked this delightful, quaint and very friendly bed and breakfast for a few days when I visited beautiful Sussex County from California. It was an unforgettable experience especially since I am still writing about it! The owner and her husband Tom could not be more kind and helpful.  The pancake breakfast was amazing!  I have recommended this bed and breakfast to my friends whenever I can.  I give this establishment an extremely high rating for VALUE, service and comfort!  Five STARS is not sufficient...Thank you.

We arrived around dinner time and were greeted by Tom. He was very friendly and gave us a tour of the B&B. The house was very cozy and inviting. Our room (Harmony) was excellent, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a jacuzzi tub. There was also a double sized fireplace in the bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. We had blueberry pancakes with sausage and muffins, though there was plenty to choose from. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The owners always make you feel special and welcome. The breakfasts are phenomenal! And they will accommodate special dietary needs.

Great ambience, nice coi pond with waterfall as you enter, beautiful garden with bird bath outside, every comfort possible inside,  great staff,  googly recommend, perfect romantic getaway
