If you are a hard-working, organized worker (like me), you'll fit here perfectly. I work in the warehouse, and I really like it. There are problems that you will find in any workplace, but overall Whitaker House is a pretty great place to work.

Worked at this hell hole! Very underpaid,  overwhelming,  overworked and unappreciated. You work for a guy named B#*

Never know when your done with work, you get told that you will be hole to see family . 
They claim to be a Christian company and say that they want people to be with her family. Only way you get to be with your family is if you make the owners of this company a lot of money and work a lot of hours for bad pay. 
Then if you get hurt on the job they take all your pto away from you make you saty and fill out paper work on there time.

They say you make bonuses, but they have so much work on you that you don't get the bonuses. They take on more and more items to sell and make more money. Then expect everybody to get the job done very quickly when they're  understaffed. If you want great workers treat people better and pay them accordingly. Not all jobs are equal Karma certain jobs you get paid a little bit more you shouldn't be on a forklift risking your life and get paid the same as some of that walks around all day long. All the money that this company makes and they sit there and say that they can't afford to pay anybody anymore. Management is piss-poor, the management has no idea what they're doing. Makes people work while they're sick and tell them that you can't have off because we are short-staffed and we need to get the work done. When you physically look sick you should be sent home not forced to work to make some CEO money. You need to read dig into the roots of this company's beginnings and learn from the original owner. A Christian Warehouse full of greed pretty sure that's against the Christianity ways. But who am I to judge you will be judged in the end.
