Great fast food & fairly clean. As far as sliders go, ALL the chains have changed from the original recipe, no doubt, which was the BEST tasting. I'm sure that's a corporate thing to save themselves $$  Good service & nice employees. The chicken sliders w/ cheese are my #1 favorite right now.

Food is always hot... The managers obviously don't know how to manage. The female manager that was working the day I came in for lunch, as I was placing my order she let someone leave without there food, didn't try to stop the customer, and as I'm standing there she said oh well. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT!!!!??? I highly recommend not going there, especially threw drive threw, they always forget stuff.

We ordered a crave case of 30 and we asked for 5 to be regular and the rest with jalapeno cheese and when we got home all of the jalapeno had nasty brown sauce all over them that we never asked for, we only asked for pickles on them. There answer to that was we asked for the "everything sauce" on them which is  ketchup and mustard mix that tastes like nasty barbecue sauce. Now were stuck with 25 nasty white castles and are highly pissed because we just paid for messed up food!!

Great people who are kind and helpful work at this White Castle. They are pretty quick at getting you your order and always try to make it right if something goes wrong. The tea though I don't like. They changed Tea companies and it's so not the same. They have Coke products and for a Coke a Cola drinker like me that works.  ;)
