You know, I thought I would NEVER have to leave a review on White Castle because it's always so amazing BUT this White Castle was so disappointing I could believe it.

The fried onions and sliders were old, extremely dark in color, and hard. It seemed as if they were cooked first thing this morning and it is now 5:22pm. I could not believe my eyes when I pulled each and every slider out of 10 ordered out and they all looked exactly the same. The only thing that was fresh were my loaded fries because the cheese had to be hot I'm sure. 

This experience is rated less than 1 star! Of course I am going to eat the White Castle but that's because I'm not wasting my time or money on another meal somewhere else. I have loved White Castle since I was a young child. I once drove 3 hours to get White Castle. I think this was a turning point for me in regards to ever eating there again.

Best customer service. Girls at the drive thru are always very pleasant and sweet. I love them. Food is always great and hot.

The drive through operator was taking orders talk g money and I'm not sure maybe even preparing food polite up beat and positive he refreshed my spirit

Food was good and fresh, but they served 7 others who ordered food after me.  Not cool.

I went there and they were busy and appeared short staffed. However the staff was very polite and communicated to everyone and had amazing personalities. Our food was fresh and delicious. The place was very clean.
