It wasn’t fast and so typical White Castle. Suddenly not their fault I am finding old Woody Cassells overpriced! So, if your in the market for extremely small portions served with a…..hand. Go on and get it! By the way,….yes it always looks closed at night!
I order the impossible sliders and this time they didn't put ANY pickles on them at all! they are part of what makes the taste and they didn't grill the onions either! Vegetarian options: they have impossible sliders
I always have great service. I use the drive thru mostly. My orders are accurate and my food is fresh. I can't asked for much more than that. Vegetarian options: Impossible Burger is pretty good. Kid-friendliness: Lots of options for picky eaters. Parking: Parking all around and street parking if necessary.
Not bad, very slow. Twice now after 9 pm drive thru took over 20 minutes. But food was good and the workers were really nice, which softens the blow of the wait
Great location. Right off the Ronald Reagan crosstown on Hamilton Ave. The staff are great. Super professional. Unfortunately there weren't enough of them I counted 3 employees during the lunchtime crunch. Because if this, the customer dining area was neglected. Their priorities were for the drive-thru only. Tables, condiments area, rest room were all neglected because of this. Cleanliness was neglected because only drive-thru seen to matter. I put this on management. Not the employees.

Came in for my usual breakfast meal, it's always fresh & hot. The coffee is the best !

NOT 24 hours as listed on Google, very slow for a White Castle in this region. Save yourself some time and go to the one in Colerain.
