I went there because I was having that craving you get specifically for the taste of White Castles.  And they did not let me down.  I placed my order for a sack of ten the way that I specifically like them and was given my order exactly as I had ordered them.  This particular White Castle is slightly smaller than most of the ones I have been to in the past but they have never messed up my order here.  There is still plenty of inside room.  Masks are optional at this time.  And there is ample parking for the size of the store.  And, of course, there is drive through for those who are in a hurry.  Rick Zorn  Kid-friendliness: They is room for the kids.  Parking: They have ample parking available.  Wheelchair accessibility: They are wheelchair accessible.

Everything was good. Except for when I parked & walked in & as I approached the counter one of the workers informed me that the lobby was temporarily closed to customers except for pickup orders. So I had to go out and pull into the drive thru line. And the time it took me from when I pulled in line till time I got my food was prob almost a half hour.  Other than the wait everything was good

We keep going back to this particular White Castles because of the service we get from Aiman! He is the friendliest, most patient employee I think they have there!! In my opinion he should get promoted to teaching other employees customer service etiquette!! The food is average, just like all the other fast food places. Nothing special

This location is my family's preferred down river fast food spot. Always made to order, nothing sitting around. Employees are professional and courteous. It's also open late!Food: 5/5

I'm sorry but that manager with those long fake braids has got to GO !!!! She is rude and everytime we go there we have to hear about the batteries being dead on the headsets!!! HOW?? How is there always an issue for them being DEAD?? Tonight the front registers were down   .Full staff and waited over 20 minute's for my order. Got to be a better way.

1/2 hour wait for 10 cheese burgers and 2 of them were un edible because they filled the packaging with with mustard and stuffed the burgers in it

Food was hot and fresh, I was able to get in and out in a timely manner. The staff were friendly and hospitableFood: 4/5

My family very much enjoys Yemeni/style food and lamb dishes - we try to eat at Mediterranean places. I can't say enough good things; about this one. Great service and large portions. Good coffee and brewed tea.  Vegetarian options: Many interesting and well prepared lentil offerings and soups. Fresh bread baked on site.
