Came here when my washer broke. The washers and dryers work great! Good prices and the lady that runs it is very nice! She even gave us hot chocolate while we did our laundry! She also does alterations! We have also been back to wash blankets in the huge washers.

Our dryer broke in the middle of drying some bedding; we only needed to use the laundry mat for about 40 minutes-to finish drying our laundry; one large comforter and one cotton blanket. We chose this laundry mat over the competitor down the street, because on line and on the front door the hours posted advertised that they were open until 11pm. The competitor closed at 10pm. We entered the laundry mat at 9:35 and an attendant came out and kept talking to us and pressuring us not to put so much time on our dryers. She actually attempted to adjust the time on our dryers. We put our blankets in separate dryers so that they would dry faster even though that would be more expensive. by 9:40 we set one dryer for 30 minutes and the other for 40 minutes. The attendant kept offering us a refund, but we didn't understand why. Her language and communication skills were unintelligible. We explained we just wanted to dry the clothes. Eventually we realized she was offering us money to remove our blankets while they were still wet and leave! We tried to communicate that we wanted to dry our clothes, at this time it was about 9:45. We verified that closing time was 11pm and that was when she said, “I'm not staying another hour!” At that time she gave my husband a $0.50 refund and said you won't need to use all the time you've put on that dryer. About every 5 minutes she would tell us and one other patron to check the dryers and say I think they are dry now. To the other guy she said, “you don't want them to dry all the way do you?” At about 9:55, she turned off the lights, mopped the floor a little, turned off the T.V. and kept verbally pressuring us. By 10pm we felt so uncomfortable we began to remove our laundry, leaving 20-30 minutes of combined dry time unused. Although she had repeatedly offered to refund money if we left early, when we actually took her up on it she refused to give us any more money back and argued about the time that wasn't used on the dryers! When we protested she told us she had already locked up the money and that she would need our address to "mail" us a refund. We certainly weren't comfortable giving someone with such poor customer service and ethics our address!

Super nice and very helpful with great washer and dryer everything is priced right also has soft clean water and the area is clean and smell good also has great snacks to eat while you wait

Place is filthy! Smells as if it's been mopped with dirty water. Half of the machines were taken apart or just generally looked in disrepair. I own my own washer but came in to use the dryer. Someone I have to assume was the female owner, immediately ran over as I hesitantly put my clothes into 2 filthy looking dryers. She asked me where I had washed my clothes. I told her in my own washer. She only responded with a head nod as she walked by. Within 5 minutes there was a new handwritten sign posted on the door. The sign said dryers are for washing customers only. Apparently they don't want my dryer business. However, I find it hard to believe, a laundromat that is so lacking in cleanliness and working machines has the option to turn away paying customers. Needless to say I won't be returning. There's a beautiful and clean Maytag laundromat across the street.
