We are a 10 room motel with good rates in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Great for rock hounds in the spring and summer. We have the best fall colors too. No place better for winter sports. Plenty of parking. White House Restaurant and Cafe next door.

Loved this place. Owners are wonderful and friendly. They didn't charge me when I had to check out early. Rooms clean and each room decorated in different motif. Helped with sites to visit while in the area.

I'll be staying here again! Rooms are well-decorated, clean, comfortable, and at a great price.

I made reservations in May for 2 nights. We were going to the  Copper Harbor Art fair,which is August 20th. We have stayed at the White House Motel for the past 2 years. Today, I called to see if we could add on another day to our stay.  I was told that we do not have reservations and that  we "were not put in the book" I am so disappointed! This was our vacation. Also  having to cancel other reservations because of this. However, The White House Motel is a great place to stay.  New owners since June .  This is not their fault

No frills,  clean, good price, friendly.

The rooms are cozy and incredibly clean.  The themes are great!  The showers are nice and hot, and the owners are very friendly.  This is where we stay whenever we are in the area.
