We had traveled cross country in our pickup camper which was on a 3500 dually Silverado and were heading back to New York State after traveling over 7200 miles. Our Silverado needed an oil change so went to this Chevy dealership. This was our first time in South Dakota. A nice woman welcomed us and directed us to a service advisor. We told him we needed an oil change and he told us to come back at 4:30 in the afternoon. He said he would put it on the lift. We told him he better look at it. He was at first hesitant to do as he was so busy. He did and told us he could not do it and said his guys don't get on the floor to it. We asked him if he could us find someone and said he was too busy. We asked him about the GMC across the street and he said he did not know anything about them. I have never had such a rude and unhelpful experience such as this at a Chevy dealership. This is how we were welcomed to South Dakota. We did go to the GMC dealership across the street and had an awesome experience.
