TrailSide Lodging On The Whitefish Trail - SLEEP - WAKE - RIDE
The Whitefish Bike Retreat offers the only trailside lodging and camping located in Northwestern Montana just 8 miles west of the town of Whitefish. We encompass 19 acres of wilderness adjacent to the Whitefish Trail network nestled in the Beaver Lake Area and offer unique and affordable lodging options for cyclists and adventurers. The owner is experienced with all aspects of endurance cycling, long distance hiking and paddling, mountaineering and knows how to cater to the needs of people who venture into the wild to play. The Whitefish Bike Retreat is not just a place to stay, it is a place to experience!
Our facility offers different forms of lodging to suit the needs of all of our guests, immediate access to the Whitefish Trail and is located near local cross-country and downhill biking trails that are minutes away and offer a variety of riding adventures. Additionally, The Great Divide Route, The Northern Tier Route, and The Great Parks Route and countless more riding trails are located throughout Northwestern Montana and provide miles of open gravel and paved roads to tour at your leisure. You can begin or end your journey here or stop by for a nights rest along your way.
Even though we are a dedicated cycling facility, we welcome any and all adventurers summer and winter. Our vision is to build a place where cyclists or adventurers can come together – enjoy one another, learn from one another, and help one another. No worries if you do not ride – come and enjoy the area, the activities and trails that northwestern Montana has to offer as a hiker, skier or runner or just paddle the many pristine lakes close by. Glacier National Park and Whitefish Mountain Resort are close and offer a range of outdoor activities both in the summer and winter.
