In accordance with Federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, the USDA, its Agencies, offices, and employees, and institutions participating in or administering USDA programs are prohibited from discriminating based on race, color, national origin, sex, religious creed, disability, age, political beliefs, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity in any program or activity conducted or funded by USDA. Whiteside County Community Health Clinic's goal is to provide quality health care to all citizens of Whiteside County. We believe income or lack of insurance should not be a hindrance to receive superior healthcare; providing individuals with low income the opportunity to receive health care at a cost based on income and family size.

The Community Health Clinic services are available to anyone, regardless of where they live. Non-residents of Whiteside County are welcome to our services as well.
