I WOULD NEVER EVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! I was given 29% interest then upon the completion of my car loan these whitestone sales representatives were very very rude! My engine locked up and these inconsiderate people said that I allowed my insurance to lapse towards the beginning of my 4 year loan, and I owed $2284 for that. I then paid that off and these people wouldn't sign my title! I had to send off for a lost title. I was furious. Then they spoke very abruptly to my father and I! Never ever again?

Ive had nothing but good experiences with Whitestone. Its not their fault my finance rate was a little higher. (Had a repo during my first marriage) and little credit. They have always been nice and helpful over the phone and anytime I needed to be a few days late I just called and they put it in the computer. Would definitely finance again through them again. (Hopefully with a lower interest rate!)

I had one payment left and asked if I could pay late. First I was told yes but than got called and asked to come in. At that time I was told no I couldn't pay late and told that no one told me I could pay late. Also that they would have to repo my car over one payment if I didn't pay. Mention I was never behind in almost four years. STAY AWAY From THIS PLACE.

By far the worst I've dealt with....you have no room for "LIFE HAPPENS SITUATIONS" I'm surprised no one has filed a law suit against this company...though they " " help build your credit up... You are given no room for anything, they don't take partial payments ...you don't get a grace period...you can't miss a payment... So if your sick .... Had a baby.... In the hospital...or bout to die...they don't care...they want the car back regardless of if you've made the last 11 payments on time... Banks don't even bother you until your 2-3 months behind!!
Build your credit another way! Not with them!!

I will be looking for a different finance company after today they said I had owed two months on my vehicle came to pick it up on the day my payment was due
