I started my hot tub search at one of those Mega Hot Tub Sales at a convention center done by a company in Anehiem.  What a joke that was.  Then I came to White Swan Spas.  I couldn't believe that I found the same spa for almost $2,000 less.  Now my spa has been delivered by a top notch crew.  They didn't leave until my spa was filled and running.  Thank You to a great team, Tony, Ryan and Micha are the best.  Not only did I get an awesome hot tub, but I also made some new friends.

Would highly recommend them if you're in the market for a swim spa. They have a nce selection of the Coast Spa Wellness swim spas, amazing quality and features on them. Great stores!

So unprofessional. I will never do business with this company. Toni the General manager is the worst. Here's the story. I order a Spa, and another company offered a better deal. Toni said she could match it so I gave her the opportunity. What a mistake, they send my spa over with the wrong color cover, no directions to the spa and they drilled holes in my spa for the cover, only to find out it is the wrong cover lifter. I had to keep calling to find out what was going on. Never a call back (customer service is horrible). Then I had to send a email and make a call to follow up on that. I can't believe how this company runs their business. I will not refer any of my industry friends to this place. Stay away.

Great experience with these guys. They really know what they are talking about. After calling around to other places these guys made me feel a lot better about doing business with them and offered a lot more information on what I needed without having to hear any kind of sales pitch. I was even told by one place that my spa was to old. And now I'm up and running without have to purchase a new one.
