Whitford Insurance has always been great to my family and me! We have been with them for ten years or so, and they have always been competent and professional when we needed them most. This past winter when we had an issue with one of our cars, they were able to get our claim processed quickly and painlessly. (Not to mention the customer service rep was super nice and very intelligent.) Dealing with car issues is stressful enough without having to worry about the insurance side of things, which Whitford handled with urgency. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family, or anyone who is looking for a trustworthy, reliable insurance company.

I HAVE BEEN A VERY SATISFIED CLIENT OF WHITFORD INSURANCE SINCE 2001. I HAVE MY AUTO & HOMEOWNERS POLICIES THROUGH THIS BOUTIQUE METRO-PHILLY AGENCY. THE SERVICE AND COVERAGE IS OUTSTANDING. THEY WORKED WITH MY BUDGET AND GAVE ME SEVERAL OPTIONS, BEATING THE BIG NATIONAL COMPANIES. I NEVER HAVE TO TALK TO A MACHINE OR WAIT TO BE CONNECTED TO SPEAK TO MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER, AMY. SHE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT MY ACCOUNT AND MAKES SURE THAT I AM NEVER JUST ANOTHER POLICY HOLDER, BUT A VALUED CUSTOMER. WHEN I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT MY COVERAGE OR NEED TO UPDATE MY INFORMATION, AMY IS ON TOP OF IT. I AM GLAD I CHOOSE WHITFORD INSURANCE NETWORK TO HANDLE ALL MY INSURANCE NEEDS, PAST AND PRESENT.
