My husband was involved in a work related accident in December of 2016. We were referred to Ben Whitley. From day one, Ben and Jocelyn were there for my husband and I in all aspects of this case. I was rear-ended back in December of 2016 and was unsure of what I really needed to do.  Initially I wasn't sure if I should hire an attorney, but did reach out to Whitley Law Firm and got some preliminary advice from an extremely helpful Bob Whitley.  He wasn't pushy or anything and I appreciated the advice.  But as the bills mounted and the other party's insurance company began to appear to be less than helpful to me, I went ahead and called them back and they had no problem taking over for me.  I had no worries with everything in their hands while I took care of getting better.  Ultimately, they fought very hard to get as much for me as they could, working with the insurance company and my doctors, and Shea was always very helpful and quick to answer all of my questions along the way.  I will recommend them to anyone who needs legal help after any accident.

Whitley Law Firm literally saved my life.  I was injured at work and was at the mercy of workmans comp.  Instead of helping me get the care I needed to return to work they were more focused on vetting me and discrediting my pain.  Once I started to work with Ben Whitley and Jocelyn Petty, they gave me hope.  They advocated not only for my case but for me as an individual as well.  Going through the process of bouncing from doctor to doctor, whose sole purpose is to find nothing wrong with you leaves you feeling defeated and hopeless.  These two went above and beyond to get me the medical care, the emotional support and the settlement that I need to return to some sense of normalcy.  I am so thankful that Whitley Law firm took my case.  As I said...they truly saved my life.  Thank you for your wonderful work.  I don’t know how I could ever repay you.

When I was in a car accident in 2014 it was not my intention to seek out a lawyer. However, the insurance company kept sending me things to sign asap. Not knowing or understanding what I was reading due to a concussion, I knew I needed help. I contacted Whitley Law Firm and left things in their hands. When I met with Robert Whitley I was immediately at ease. He took the time to explain my case and answer my questions with respect and concern and I knew he would do the right thing for me. My settlement took a while due to my injuries and doctor visits, but I did not worry about anything. My case manager, Shea, answered my emails quickly and was always helpful with any questions I ever had. Communication with her was great.  I definitely recommend Whitley Law Firm to anyone who is in need of their services. They will do what is best for you.

In February of 2017, a young, distracted driver ran a red light and hit our vehicle. My wife sustained a neck injury and I had a third degree burn and lacerations. Our vehicle was a total loss. We immediately reached out to Ben Whitley at the Whitley Law Firm. Our experience with the firm was positive from the first moment we consulted with them. Ben Whitley and Jocelyn Pettey, our Case Manager, were attentive, thorough, and extremely helpful throughout a difficult time. We had lots of questions and they were with us every step of the way with patience and compassion, always responding quickly and effectively with any issues as they arose. We are extremely pleased with our settlements and highly recommend the Whitley Law Firm.
