Used this facility for x-rays only. The technicians, etc. were nice and seemed knowledgeable. However, the billing department is totally out of the norm. The facility is located in Washington state, the statement comes from Idaho and the payment is sent to Spokane. Makes absolutely no sense and the scariest of all is that the bill comes with the note "no details available" please pay this amount... I would not use this facility if I had a complicated situation that would require a complicated billing process. One would never know if the charges were correct or a compiled guess.
