Conference rooms were clean, people were friendly. Parking was covered by my company but valet and lot attendants still treated us like valued customers. Decor is beautiful. Bathroom faucets are a bit confusing as they are both turn-on and auto style and its hard to tell how they're set. Overall a fantastic experience!

If staying in Reno, then try here first. Our stay was great. Super quiet in the rooms and ours was by the stairwell. The pillows are THE BEST I've ever used in my life! They're soft with a supportive core. The staff were friendly and professional. The front desk got us discount tickets to Cargo for staying in the hotel. Cargo is great too, but that's a different review. It's so nice that there's no smelly smoking or noisy gaming. Great work everyone there!

The room was clean and tidy and had a really  comfortable bed! There was lots of space and a great view. The hotel has amazing amenities especially if you're into climbing. I loved that it is a non casino hotel and the central location!

I recommend this place, I have been here for charity events and trainings. My daughter has been here for the rock climbing which is fun. On Tuesdays they offer 2 for 1 on the gym. Great place for night life and fun. I have yet to try out there restaurant.

We witnessed a drive by shooting just outside the Whiney Peak Hotel.  It was 11A. We then spoke to a gentleman who was checking out of the hotel.  He had been here for 6 weeks for work.  He said this was the third time this has happened.  He couldn't get out fast enough.   Other than that the hotel is pretty good.  Stay here if you must.  Find another city if you can.
