They have a new Owner/Management/Service Team that has taken over and that seem to be excited about making customers happy and Valpjojue a top priority and have brought back the $19.95 Oil Change, implemented a new system to make it difficult not to get all your service needs met.. priority. They are revamping the Service everything done here by being in talks about starting an Oil change/Service program that shows up at your job and has everything off before your off with everything finished without you even stepping foot outside your parking lot at workThey have Sunday appts. for Sales(seasonal) A warranty that is the best around, Great selection but if they don't have it they will get it . Knowledgable staff ready to walk you thru the entire Buying Experience. They brought a husband and Wife team in from California here so that everyone regardless of credit can be in a new or used vehicle, building credit and getting approved by well known Banks and Credit unions that report to bureau's for those who might need Special Financing Options. Weither your an 800 credit score or a 480 there are no differences in the way your treated by their staff or by the Banks that they sign you up with for your Auto Loan. The Vehicles are Quality, Low Mileage, Used VEICLES from A VARIETY of Manufacturers as well as Brand New Ford Products. They care about their customers and people are talking in town about how friendly , honest, hard working and Nice everyone is and How much the new changes are making it more affordable as well as comfortable to do business at Value Ford Again. Bad people. These people will talk a good game but will turn on you in a second if you can't make them money right away. Just look at the website. Old employees listed as sales people that haven't worked there for over a year. Look at the used Chevy Blazer on the website. They won't show a pic of the front end or tell you that there is a collision in the front. They will bait you to bring you in and lie to you too get a sale. They cover paint and clear coat damage with a leather bra or another accessory. They even made a lady feel like she had to give them her old explorer with a bad transmission. The lady could have scrapped it for at least a few hundred dollars. Instead they took advantage of her. As an old employee that worked there for less than 2 months, I seen them screw over almost every customer. These are really bad people. They don't sell quality and they lie lie lie. Mark will say anything to get a sale. If he says the word "absolutely" every time you ask him something, just know he's lying. When he gets stuck, he says he has an idea and just walks away. He actually thinks people follow him like dogs over to get help from the boss "Kevin". Kevin will tell people that the website automatically sets prices. It doesn't, he just wants to charge more for broken down junk cars. He tries to use words like "algorithms" to explain unrealistic prices. Don't buy into these guys scams Buyer beware.

Visited with person who went back and purchased a car without me. When I saw the car I was shocked to see tires that were at the end of service. Not sure if any deductions were given in price. As with any used vehicle gather knowledge about the vehicle and even have it inspected before "signing on the dotted line", save you time and money when you get it home!
